By booking this party, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
*Reservation is for families and ladies only
* The reservation made on the website is not returnable or refundable.
* If the barcode is withdrawn, it will not be retrieved
* It is prohibited to bring any food or drinks from outside and they will be confiscated.
*The management has the right to confiscate items brought to the party, food, drinks, dangerous materials or potential weapons.
* Chef Beach management also completely disclaims responsibility for the materials it confiscated.
* The reservation holder is obligated to follow the instructions and protocol of the Chef Beach and Resort Organization Management. If otherwise, the visitor will be excluded from the party venue and the ticket amount will not be refunded.
* Commitment to public taste in appearance, prohibits wearing transparent, short, or revealing clothing for women.
* * It is prohibited to appear on stage, stand, approach or be exposed to the performers.
* Physical assault or verbal abuse of employees, performers, or attendees is prohibited.
* Please adhere to the designated seating areas according to the reservation classification.
* Vandalizing the property of Chef Beach and the resort exposes you to legal accountability and a fine, as determined by the management of Chef Beach
* Chef Beach management is completely not responsible for visitors in the event of injury or death, God forbid.
* Management is not responsible for the loss of personal property, so we ask you to pay attention and preserve it.
* Chef Beach management provides a parking area, and completely disclaims responsibility regarding visitors’ cars / any traffic accident, God forbid, that puts the car owners under responsibility.
* Documentation of the party is available to the media and attendees, and there is a possibility that photos, video or recorded audio clips may appear that may be published on various media outlets or the Internet, so Chef Beach management completely disclaims all responsibility.
* If the reservation is tampered with, forged, or even reused, it will expose you to legal accountability.
* The security management of Chef Beach and the resort has the right to conduct a routine inspection to allow entry to the party to ensure safety and security at this event.
* If the visitor leaves the venue during the party, the visitor is offered to buy a new ticket.
* * Chef Beach management or security has the right to exclude the visitor from the party according to the management’s terms and conditions stated, and the reservation value will not be refunded.
In the event of force majeure, earthquakes, fires, or floods, God forbid, during the concert, the ticket will not be refunded. ⁠
* Customers have the right to submit a request for a refund of the Chef Beach reservation amount in the event of cancellation or postponement of the party within 24 hours from the date of announcing the cancellation or postponement of the party.
If the customer does not contact Chef Beach within the specified period, the reservation is considered not valid at all and will not be refunded.
* Refunding the amount for the ticket is done through the bank account from which the purchase was made the first time, and we do not have any other methods.
* Chef Beach and Resort policy does not grant the authority to exchange the reservation under any circumstances and the ticket cannot be used for another party.
